Privacy and Personal-Data Protection Policy

This policy covers personal data collected on the CellBiometrics digital-health portal. Typical records include first name, email, explicit consent, assessment answers, percentage score, result band, axis breakdown, market (TR / GLOBAL), and optional UTM tags.

The legal basis is explicit consent under Türkiye’s KVKK No. 6698 and, for EU/EEA users, GDPR Article 6(1)(a). The form cannot be submitted without the consent box.

Your email is processed to send the cellular-energy or Gut-Brain self-report summary and, where used, to verify mailbox ownership via Magic Link. It is not processed to build a medical record, a credit file, or an advertising profile for sale.

User emails are not shared with third parties for marketing, brokerage, or ad-network use. Infrastructure processors required for delivery (hosting: Supabase / PostgreSQL; email transmission: Resend) act on our instructions under confidentiality terms.

The site collects anonymous usage statistics without cookies and without recording personal data (name, email, IP address, user agent, or individual assessment answers). Sessions are not linked across visits. The purpose is to improve content quality and readability.

Records are held with row-level security (RLS) and separated service credentials. Passwords are not stored. Magic Link only confirms ownership of the address.

You retain access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and withdrawal-of-consent rights under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Arts. 15–21. Use the contact channel published on this site. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
